Delivery, Handling and Returns
|
Unfortunately Cardell Furniture does not ship products outside the UK, but We do offer
FREE DELIVERY to mainland UK on all orders over £100.00
Delivery
All delivery dates and times quoted are approximate. Whilst every practical effort will be made to accommodate customers requirements no guarantee of time can be given.
In some circumstances we do offer an Overnight or Premium Delivery Service, please ask for details.
Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but the customer isnt present to receive the delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £25 to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.
No claims will be accepted for inconvenience, loss etc caused by unexpected or unavoidable delays in delivery.
Cancellation will not be accepted once goods have been reserved, stored, cut or despatched by our selves, or by our suppliers.
Returns
All delivered goods require inspection. Couriers are obliged to wait while you inspect your purchase.
If they will not wait, please accept and sign as "Damaged".
In the unlikely event goods arrive damaged or parts missing, you must notify Cardell Furniture within 24 hours of delivery.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for and arrange for the return of the goods, in an "As New" condition and in the original packaging.
If no notification by email or in writing has been received by Cardell Furniture within 7 days of delivery, you shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.
All orders are only accepted on this basis.
