Q. How long will my goods take to arrive?
Please see each individual product for manufacturers current delivery times.

All delivery dates and times quoted are approximate. Whilst every practical effort will be made to accommodate customer’s requirements no guarantee of time can be given.

Where a delivery date has been agreed with our carrier but the customer isn’t present to receive the delivery we reserve the right to charge the customer a minimum of £25 to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery.

No claims will be accepted for inconvenience, loss etc caused by unexpected or unavoidable delays in delivery.

Q. Will I be contacted to arrange delivery?
We always contact the customer prior to delivery to discuss the details of the delivery date, time, requirements etc.

Q. What are your delivery options for chairs?
Carrier Doorstep Delivery (Nightfreight) is offered as standard on all our chairs:

Specified Weekday: Once your order leaves our warehouse, it will arrive between the hours of 8.00am and 5.30pm on the weekday you require. FREE of Charge

Specified Weekday Before Noon: Once your order leaves our warehouse, it will arrive before noon on the weekday you require. £15.00

Specified Weekday Before 9:30am: Once your order leaves our warehouse, it will arrive before 9:30am on the weekday you require. £35.00

Specified Saturday Before Noon: Once your order leaves our warehouse, it will arrive before noon on the Saturday you require. £35.00

Please note that this delivery is only to the doorstep of your address, and it will be up to you (The Customer) to make sure that you have the capability and access to accept the delivery yourself.

We recommend someone else be on hand to assist with the delivery, if you select this option, as the goods will need unpacking and in some cases assembling.

Please Note That A £20.00 Surcharge Will Apply To All Deliveries To The Scottish Highlands And Islands.

Q. Can I have my chair delivered and installed in my home?
Yes we do offer a 2 man delivery service who will unpack, assemble and install your chair in the room of your choice. £20.00

Q. How will my Sofa be delivered?
Your Sofa will be delivered by our 2 man delivery team, who will deliver and install your new sofa in the room of your choice.

Q. How does my furniture arrive, will any preparation be needed?
Carrier Delivery The only preparation required is that you be able to get your goods in to your property.

Some items are large and wont fit through a standard door without being unpacked first.

It is recommended you have someone else on hand (if required) to assist with the delivery.

Please let us know if you have any problems with an item purchased from Cardell Furniture – we will do everything within reason to solve the problem.
